INFORMS YOU

that the Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in the person of lawyer Andrea Battistella who is available for any information regarding the Controller's personal data processing, including the list of data processors. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, your data will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned regulations and with the methods and for the purposes specified below:

1 - SUBJECT OF PROCESSING AND NATURE OF DATA

Within the scope of its activities, the Controller processes personal data collected upon the candidate's application by sending his/her CV.

2 – PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The personal data is processed for the following distinct purposes based on the applicable legal reference: 2.1 Execution of the contract - fulfillment of legal obligation (art.6 lett. b, lett. C of the GDPR) The Controller will process the personal data received only for the purpose of personnel selection and evaluation of the candidate's profile in relation to the personnel recruitment activity.

3 - RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF DATA

The personal data provided is not communicated to third parties being exclusively subject to processing within the company.

4 – PROCESSING METHODS

Processing will be carried out using both manual and/or computerized and telematic tools as well as organization and processing logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data. In accordance with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of the GDPR, the collected personal data will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

5 – DATA CONFERMENT

Please note that, given the purpose of the processing specified in point 2.1, the conferment of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect conferment may result in the impossibility of carrying out the aforementioned personnel selection activity.

6 - DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

The personal data provided is not transferred outside the European Union.

7 – DURATION OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data is kept for a maximum period of 24 months.

8 - RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You may at any time exercise the rights as expressed by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Regulation EU 2016/679, and in particular:
  • access to personal data;
  • obtaining the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him;
  • object to the processing;
  • data portability;
  • revoke the consent: the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
